证人保护法实施细则 — 第22条 — Article (22) Closed or Private Hearings

Cabinet Resolution No. 47 of 2023 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 14 of 2020 on the Protection of Witnesses and the Like

主管法院审理与受保护人或保护计划有关的案件，应不公开进行，但法院另有命令的除外。保护单位在上述案件中提交的全部保密材料，应依适用的信息安全政策保存。
