Chapter Eleven: The Will

遗赠实物财产用益权的，按下列方式计算其占遗产三分之一的数额： 1. 用益权为永久、未定期限或者存续至受遗赠人终身的，按立遗嘱人死亡时该实物财产的价值计算； 2. 用益权有期限的，按该期间内用益价值计算。
