Part One: Content Crimes: Article (20) Inciting the Suspension of the Provisions of the Constitution and Laws

使用信息网络或设备创建、管理、监督网站，或传播含有煽动、宣传、鼓吹骚乱、仇恨、种族主义或宗派主义的信息、程序、思想，损害国家统一、社会和平、公共秩序、公共道德或危及阿联酋利益的，处有期徒刑并处200,000至1,000,000迪拉姆罚款。
