在网站、信息网络或设备上发布信息、新闻、数据、视觉图像、视听材料或谣言，意图嘲弄或损害阿联酋、其机关机构、建国领导人、国旗、货币、和平、国徽、国歌或本国公众人物的声誉、威望、尊严的，处不超过五年监禁并处不超过500,000迪拉姆罚款。
