1. 用益权存续期间，用益权人承担用益物的通常负担及维护所需费用，但另有约定的除外。 2. 非因用益权人过错造成重大损害的非通常修复费用，由所有人承担。用益权人先行支出的，可在用益权终止时请求偿还，但另有约定的除外。
