阿联酋民事诉讼法 — 第281条 — Article (281)

Part Two: Attachments · Chapter Four: Attachment of movable property in the hands of a Debtor

1. 取回之诉被注销、视为不存在、驳回、不予受理、裁定无管辖权、起诉状无效、诉讼程序失效或准许放弃的，扣押债权人有权继续执行。 2. 即使前款裁判可上诉，仍继续执行。
