Part Two: Attachments · Chapter Four: Attachment of movable property in the hands of a Debtor

取回之诉须以扣押债权人、被扣押债务人及参加扣押的债权人为被告，起诉状应充分列明所有权证据；否则法院依职权裁定不予受理。
