Part Two: Attachments · Chapter Four: Attachment of movable property in the hands of a Debtor

取回被扣物之诉向主管法院提出，并停止变卖，但法院可按其认为适当的条件命继续执行；诉讼被驳回的，可处一千至五千迪拉姆罚款。
