财务重组与破产法 — 第167条 — Article (167) Placing the Insolvent Debtor under Surveillance

Part Three: Declaration of Bankruptcy · Chapter Six: Announcement of Bankruptcy Judgment and its Effects

破产法院可依职权或应公诉机关、受托人请求，决定对破产人实施监视；公诉机关应于决定作出后立即执行。破产人可自获通知之日起十日内向上诉法院提出申诉；破产法院可随时解除监视。
