证人及同类人员保护法 — 第16条 — Article (16) Service of Judicial Instruments upon Protected Person

Federal Law No. 14 of 2020 on the Protection of Witnesses and the Like

在遵守上述1992年第35号联邦法关于到庭传唤送达规定的前提下，受保护人到司法机关出庭的传唤应通过保护单位送达。
