证人及同类人员保护法 — 第10条 — Article (10) Interim Measures Pending Issuance of Protection Program Admission Decision

Federal Law No. 14 of 2020 on the Protection of Witnesses and the Like

如拟纳入保护计划的人员面临现实威胁或迫近危险，主管机关可立即采取本法第14条规定的任何保护措施，直至主管法院就加入保护计划的申请作出决定。
