证人保护法实施细则 — 第8条 — Article (8) Temporary Measures Until the Issuance of the Decision on Admission to the Protection Program

Cabinet Resolution No. 47 of 2023 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 14 of 2020 on the Protection of Witnesses and the Like

在遵守法律第10条的前提下，保护单位可在主管法院作出加入计划决定前，对拟纳入保护计划的人员采取法律及本决定规定的任何保护措施，期限最长为十五日。
