Book 4: Enforcement of Judgments · Part 6: Lapse of Sentence on Limitation Grounds and Death of the Convict

1. 对限制人身自由刑罚被定罪人的逮捕，或任何针对其实施、已为其知悉的执行措施，中断刑罚时效。 2. 除违警罪外，被定罪人在时效期间实施与原判犯罪同类或类似的犯罪，时效中断。
