1. The limitation period shall be interrupted by arresting the convict punished by a custodial sentence, or based on any enforcement procedure that is conducted against the convict or of which the latter becomes aware. 2. The limitation period shall be interrupted if, during such a period, the convict commits a criminal offense of the same type of, or similar in nature to, the one for which he has been convicted, not including the infractions.
