以任何方式毁坏、损毁属于他人的动产或不动产，使其不能使用或停止运行的，处一年以下监禁和不超过10,000迪拉姆罚金，或者处其中一项刑罚。 犯罪导致公共设施或公益设施停运，或者危及公众生命、安全或健康的，处监禁。 犯罪由至少三人组成的团伙实施的，处五年以下有期徒刑。
