买方未及时通知船名，或保留在一定期限内确定交付日期但未确定，或虽指定装运港却未在期限内发出具体指示的，买方承担额外费用，并自通知期或约定确定交付日期期限届满时起承担标的损害风险，但标的届时须已特定化。
