Book Three: Original Real Rights (in Rem) · Section One: Right of Ownership · Chapter One: General Provisions · Part Two: Restrictions on the Right of Ownership · Third: Restriction of the Rights of the Transferee

1. 禁止处分条件仅在第三人处分时已知或能够知悉时，方可对抗第三人。 2. 标的为不动产且含该条件的处分已登记的，自登记日起视为第三人知悉。
