1. The condition preventing disposition shall not be enforceable against a third party unless the third party had knowledge thereof at the time of the disposition or was able to know thereof. 2. If the thing is an immovable property and the disposition containing the condition has been registered, the third party shall be deemed to have knowledge of the condition from the date of registration.
