Part Five: Detention of the Debtor and Banning him from Travelling and other Precautionary Procedures · Chapter One: Detention of Debtors

债务人为私法法人的，对法定代表人或其他个人应归责拒绝执行者作出拘禁命令；经调查，即使债权人无针对其的执行文书，亦可依第324至326条禁止出境。
