财务重组与破产法 — 第255条 — Article (255) Amending the Deadlines and Time Limit Set out in the Law

Part Five: Proceedings for Preventive Settlement, or Bankruptcy Declaration During Emergency Financial Crisis

债务人或债权人的启动程序申请在紧急金融危机前已获法院受理的，为应对危机对债务人业务的直接后果，法院可增加本法期限，但不得超过非危机情形规定期限的两倍。
