证人保护法实施细则 — 第12条 — Article (12) Convicts or Remand Prisoners Covered by the Protection Program

受保护人为已决犯或审前羁押人员的，应确定其在刑罚执行机构内或外的羁押地点；参加保护计划的期间计入所判刑罚的执行期间。
