反谣言与网络犯罪法 — 第48条 — Article (48) Advertisements and Promotions Misleading the Consumers

Part One: Content Crimes: Article (20) Inciting the Suspension of the Provisions of the Constitution and Laws

使用信息网络、设备或网站实施下列行为的，处监禁及（或）20,000至500,000迪拉姆罚款：1. 通过含不准确数据的误导性广告或技术推广商品、服务；2. 广告、宣传、中介、以任何形式交易或鼓励交易在阿联酋未获官方认可或未经主管机关许可的虚拟、数字货币、储值单位或支付单位。
