反谣言与网络犯罪法 — 第35条 — Article (35) Engaging Children in Creating Pornographic Materials

Part One: Content Crimes: Article (20) Inciting the Suspension of the Provisions of the Constitution and Laws

1. 煽动、诱惑或帮助儿童使用信息网络、设备广播、制作或传输淫秽材料的，处不少于两年监禁及（或）250,000至1,000,000迪拉姆罚款。 2. 所准备或传输的淫秽材料以该儿童为对象的，处有期徒刑并处不超过1,000,000迪拉姆罚款。 3. 被害儿童对因煽动、诱惑而实施的行为不负刑事责任。
