1. 检察官可以根据情况签发到场通知、逮捕带到令或禁止被告出境的命令。 2. 每项命令均应载明被告姓名、姓氏、职业、国籍、住所、所受指控、命令日期、到场地点和时间、检察官姓名及其签名和公章。逮捕带到令还应指示公共权力人员：被告拒绝立即自愿到场时，将其逮捕并带至检察官面前。禁止出境令应通报国家所有出入境口岸。 3. 上述命令由公共权力人员向被告送达。
