1. 除现行犯罪且有强烈迹象表明被告在住所隐藏有助于查明真相的物品、文件外，司法警察须经检察机关书面许可方可搜查被告住所。搜查、扣押依本法实施。 2. 应在住所全部区域、附属部分及其内容物中查找。
