1. 审判长负责庭审秩序、管理，并在遵守《律师职业法》的前提下驱离扰乱者；不服从且继续的，法院可立即处二十四小时拘禁或1,000至5,000迪拉姆罚金，判决终局。 2. 庭审结束前，法院可撤销该判决、决定。
