阿联酋消费者保护法 — 第13条 — Article (13) Obligations Upon Reoccurrence of the Flaw

Chapter Two: Obligations of the Provider, Advertiser and Commercial Agent

同一商品故障在消费者收货后第一年内发生三次，并实质影响商品功能质量的，供应商应依实施细则，在不向消费者收取任何费用的情况下，更换同类型、同规格的新商品，或召回并退还价款。
