1. 公司董事会应自管理局签发设立证书之日起10个工作日内，开始向主管机关办理公司登记。 2. 主管机关应自文件齐备并缴纳规定费用之日起五个工作日内，将公司记入商业登记并颁发营业执照，同时向管理局提供执照副本。
