1. 留置权因留置权人受偿、留置物灭失或脱离其占有而消灭，但法律另有规定的除外。 2. 留置物未经其知情或违背其反对而脱离占有的，可自知悉之日起三十（30）日内，且不晚于脱离之日起一年，请求返还。
