Chapter One: Provisions on the Application and Temporal and Spatial Scope of the Law · Part Three: Spatial Application of the Law

依前述各条应适用某一存在多种法律制度国家的法律时，由该国国内法确定应适用的法律制度；该国国内法没有规定的，视具体情况适用占主导地位的法律制度或住所地法。

解释和适用时须核对官方文本及现行版本。
