Part Three: Appearance and Absence of Litigants and Legal Representation · Chapter One: Appearance and Absence of Litigants

1. 被告缺席时，法院或办公室发现诉状送达无效的，应延期至下一庭期正确送达。 2. 原告缺席时，法院发现其依法不知庭期的，应延期至下一庭期正确通知。
