Part Five: Detention of the Debtor and Banning him from Travelling and other Precautionary Procedures · Chapter Three: Other Precautionary Procedures

被禁债务人无正当理由不交护照，或法官发现其处分、转移财产，或虽有禁令措施仍准备逃离的，可命带到，并要求提供付款担保、到场担保或将请求金额存入法院金库。不遵守的，可暂时控制至履行；决定自作出起七日内可上诉。
