财务重组与破产法 — 第77条 — Article (77) Grievance Against the Decision Approving the Preventive Settlement Proposal

Part One: Preventive Settlement · Chapter Two: Effect of Issuance of Decision to Initiate Preventive Settlement Proceedings

1. 未投票赞成建议的债权人，可在批准会议后十日内对债权人批准决定申诉：其出席并反对，或已获会议通知但有正当理由未出席；因未获通知而未出席的，自破产部门通知批准之日起计算。 2. 破产法院在批准建议的同一决定中处理申诉。申诉成立的，可暂停批准以就无效程序重新投票、修改建议或拒绝批准。
