Chapter Three: Appointment of the Trustee and Controller

1. 对受监管债务人，债务人、债权人和单位可在受托人行为生效前向破产法院提出异议；单位提出异议的，停止被异议行为。 2. 法院自异议提交之日起十日内决定。
