因欺诈性破产犯罪被终局判决有罪之人，在依本法恢复权利前，暂时不得行使政治权利、担任联邦国民议会成员、公职或公共任务、体育联合会或俱乐部董事会成员，以及任何公司的经理或董事会成员。
