Shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty thousand (50,000) Dirhams and not more than two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) Dirhams whoever: 1.Is licensed to provide Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services and has violated the provisions stipulated in this Decree Law, the Executive Regulations thereof and the decisions issued in implementation thereof with respect to these services. 2.Refuses to have its systems and operations from Trust Service Providers or Qualified Trust Service Providers audited by compliance assessment bodies in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law, the Executive Regulations thereof and the decisions issued in implementation thereof. 3.Publishes an announcement or provides a description regarding the Trust Services, Qualified Trust Services, or Qualified Trust Mark, with the intention of promoting or misleading, in contradiction with the decisions issued by TDRA.
