Shall be punished by imprisonment and/or a fine of not less than five hundred thousand (500,000) Dirhams and not more than one million (1,000,000) Dirhams whoever: 1.Proceeds with any of the Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services without being licensed or exempted from obtaining a license in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law, whether for the benefit of himself or others, or for the facilitation for others. 2.Deliberately alters, destroys or conceals any document or information requested by TDRA in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law
