Shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not more than one year and/or a fine of not less than one hundred thousand (100,000) Dirhams and not more than one million (1,000,000) Dirhams whoever: 1.Unlawfully exploits any Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services. 2.Uses fraudulent methods or takes a false name or an incorrect capacity to obtain any Qualified Trust Services. If any of the foregoing acts are carried out with the intention of committing a crime, this shall be considered an aggravating circumstance.
