Shall be punished by imprisonment and/or a fine of not less than one hundred thousand (100,000) Dirhams and not more than three hundred thousand (300,000) Dirhams whoever forges or participates in the forgery of an Electronic Document, Electronic Signature, Electronic Seal, Authentication Certificate, Trust Services and other Qualified Trust Services. Shall be punished by temporary imprisonment and a fine of not less than one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) Dirhams and not more than seven hundred and fifty thousand (750,000) Dirhams whoever forges or participates in the forgery of an Electronic Document, Electronic Signature, Electronic Seal, Authentication Certificate, Trust Services and other Qualified Trust Services of the federal or local government or federal or local public authorities or institutions. Whoever knowingly uses the forged Electronic Document shall be punished with the same penalty prescribed for the crime of forgery, as the case may be.
