1. An Authentication Certificate shall no longer be valid from the date of its cancellation. Such cancellation shall not apply retroactively to any Electronic Signature or Electronic Seal made based on such certificate prior to that date. 2. No person may publish an Authentication Certificate if he knows that it is invalid or cancelled, or if the person to whom it is addressed has refused to receive it.
