1. The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship shall set the controls, standards, and requirements that must be met by the license applicant, service provider, or Qualified Service Provider in the following two cases: a.Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services directed to the government sector. b.Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services that depend on the data or services of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. 2. TDRA shall verify that the license applicant, service provider or Qualified Service Provider complies with the controls, standards and requirements stipulated in Clause (1) of this Article. 3. TDRA shall suspend or cancel the License granted to a Trust Service Provider or a Qualified Trust Service Provider in the event of a violation of or non-compliance with the controls, standards and requirements stipulated in Clause (1) of this Article. 4. TDRA shall coordinate with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in all cases stipulated in this Article.
