1.No person may provide Trust Services except after obtaining a license from TDRA in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law and the Executive Regulations thereof. 2.No person may provide Qualified Trust Services except after obtaining a license from TDRA and the qualified status in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law and the Executive Regulations thereof. 3.The Executive Regulations of this Decree Law shall set the conditions, controls, standards and procedures for the licensing referred to in this Article.
