1. The death penalty judgment shall be enforced in the presence of a member of the Public Prosecution, a representative of the Ministry of Interior, the person in charge, and the physician, of the penal institution, or any other physician appointed by the Public Prosecution. 2. Avengers of blood [in respect of Qisas murder] shall have the right to attend the enforcement procedures, and the Public Prosecution shall inform them thirty [30] days prior to the scheduled enforcement date. 3. Persons other than the above-mentioned ones shall only be allowed to attend the enforcement procedures based on a special permission from the Public Prosecution. In all cases, the attorney of the convict shall be allowed to attend.
