1. The person in charge of the management of the penal institution shall read out the operative part of the death penalty judgment and the charge based on which the judgment has been rendered against the convict, at the place of enforcement in full view of the persons present. If the convict wants to say anything, the Public Prosecution Member shall draw up a report to that effect. 2. When the enforcement is completed, the Public Prosecution Member shall draw up a report, and shall write down in the report the physician's confirmation of the death and its occurrence time.
