UAE Criminal Procedure Law — Article 287 — Article (287) Place of Enforcement of Death Penalty

The death penalty shall be enforced within the penal institution or elsewhere based on a written order of the Attorney General, indicating the necessary fulfillment of the procedures set forth in Article [289] of this law.
