1. Relatives of the convict sentenced to death may meet him on the day fixed for enforcement of the judgment but away from the place of enforcement. 2. If the convict requests a meeting with the religious preacher of the penal institution or any other religious person before the sentence is enforced against him, the necessary facilities shall be provided to enable such a meeting.
