The Minister may issue decisions specifying warranty periods, conditions thereof, and prices of after-sales services for some goods, in proportion to the nature of those goods and the conditions of trading them in the markets, taking into account the following: 1. The importance of the relevant goods to the consumer; 2. The subjective characteristics, conditions of trading, or the commercial custom of each good; 3. Existence of a need to avoid arbitrariness against the consumer, in the event that the provider intends to draft the warranty conditions in a vague manner or restricts it with the aim of discharge itself from legal obligations in this regard; 4. The need to ensure that the commercial agent provides all the warranties granted by the principal in relation to the goods subject of the agency; and 5. The provider shall provide warranties that prove to be given in other countries where the conditions of trading are similar to the country.
