Article 31 — Article (31) Licence for Promotions and Discounts

1. The provider shall, upon making and announcing discounts in any means, obtain a prior licence from the competent authority in accordance with the procedures followed therein; 2. The provider shall, upon promoting goods or service in any means, obtain a prior licence from the competent authority in accordance with the procedures followed therein; 3. The provider shall notify the consumer of any discounts to be made on the goods or services it provides, in the event that the date specified for the enforcement of these discounts is within a week from the date of the consumer purchase. If the provider violates this obligation, the consumer shall have the right to recover the price difference within (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.
