1. Partners may not request partition as long as the family ownership is in effect, and no partner may dispose of their share to a person outside the family, except with the consent of all partners. 2. If a person outside the family acquires the share of one of the partners with the consent of that partner or by compulsion, the non-family member shall not become a partner in the family ownership except with their consent and the consent of the other partners.
