1. Family ownership may be established for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) years. However, any partner may request the court’s permission to withdraw their share from this ownership before the lapse of the agreed term if there is a just reason. 2. If the said ownership has no specified term, each partner may withdraw their share after six (6) months from the date of notifying the other partners of their intention to withdraw.
